The web site was originally hosted on servers managed by a Fort Lauderdale Florida
company which failed to conduct server updates responsibly. Ultimately, this
resulted in the downtime which forced SmokeandHookah.com to do a last minute move
which was completed May 15th.

The hookah retailer relies on the web site's technology to automate shipping,
billing, and returns. With the site being completely inaccessible, only wholesale
orders could be successfully processed leaving retail orders delayed for nearly one
week.

With all of this behind the growing hookah company, SmokeandHookah.com is looking
forward to the new stability of their web site along with a planned renovation and
newly offered product line due to be released next month.
